Lifetime Warranty

rucRak warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the original retail purchaser.

This Lifetime Warranty applies to all rucRak systems and accessories manufactured by rucRak and purchased directly from rucRak or an authorized retailer.

Warranty Coverage

Subject to the terms and conditions below, this warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural failure occurring during normal, intended use
  • Corrosion resulting from defects in materials or manufacturing processes

rucRak products are constructed using powder-coated aluminum components and stainless-steel hardware, selected to provide durability and corrosion resistance under typical on-road and off-road conditions.

Exclusions & Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or surface finish changes
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, overloading, accidents, or collisions
  • Modifications, alterations, or repairs not authorized by rucRak
  • Use of the product outside its intended purpose or rated capacity
  • Damage caused by environmental conditions, including but not limited to road debris, chemicals, or extreme exposure

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Remedies

If a rucRak product is found to be defective under this warranty, rucRak will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective component, or
  • Replace the product or component with the same or a functionally equivalent item

Replacement parts may be new or refurbished.

Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, original purchaser must email email the following information to sales@rucRak.com:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos documenting the claimed defect
  • A description of the issue and product usage

All claims are subject to review and approval by rucRak.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rucRak shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

  • 17% Larger Tailgate Table Workspace: We expanded the surface area to a massive 36" x 15.5" layout. It gives you a wider, flat platform optimized for camp kitchens, heavy tools, or trailside prep.
  • Integrated Support Legs (No More Lost Pins): We completely re-engineered the fold-down mechanism. The table now features rugged structural legs that rest securely on the frame, eliminating the old loose locking pins that easily get lost in the dirt.
  • Clear Rear-View Visibility: When stowed, the table can now be dropped down lower out of your sightline, keeping your rear window completely clear for safer daily driving and trail backing.
  • 3-Inch Height Ergonomics: The upper table mechanism is now height-adjustable by up to 3 inches, letting you lower the deck for easier reach, loading, and better clearance with oversized gear.
  • Upgraded Heavy-Duty Mounting Plates: We expanded the footprint of the mounting plate on the Gunny to provide rock-solid stability and eliminate trail vibration. For the Grunt, we engineered 4 additional positions of height adjustability, letting you dial in the exact clearance your specific rig needs.
  • Redesigned Backup Camera Shield: The new integrated camera surround/cover plate has been structurally reinforced to provide maximum impact protection against trail debris. This sleek redesign optimizes your rear sightline for an uncompromised backup camera view while adding extra clearance adjustability for the tailgate table.
  • Rattle-Free Trail Engineering: Re-engineered tolerance joints and secure leg mounts mean the Gen 10 stays completely silent over washboards and rock gardens. No annoying metal-on-metal clanging on the highway or the trail.
