Yes — the rucWagon kit is compatible with all current rucRak cargo basket models.

How do you assemble the rucRak bicycle cargo kit?

Installation Guide: Cargo Bicycle Rack Accessory Kit

Tools Needed:
3/16" Allen key (included with your rucRak)
½" wrench

1. Install the Pole Brace
Attach the included brace using the supplied 5/16" x 2" bolts, nuts, and washers.
Tighten using the 3/16" Allen key and ½" wrench.

2. Install the Eyebolts
Thread the four eyebolts into the middle rivnuts on the aluminum pole to create adjustable tie-down points.

3. Prepare the rucRak for Bike Mode
Fold the rucRak basket into the bike-carrying angle.
Insert the side pins to lock the basket into position.

Using a Tailgater Table?
Remove the two knobs and two frame pins holding it in place.

4. Load the Bike
Place the front wheel into the bike slots.
Secure the wheel using the included Softride wheel straps and Velcro fasteners.

5. Install the Support Pole
Insert the padded aluminum pole into the center bracket.
Tighten using the 3/8” studded knob.
Attach the pole to the outer frame using the 5/16” knobs (from your Tailgater Table kit).

6. Strap the Bikes
Use the eyebolts and bungee cords to secure the bike to the pole and frame.
For two bikes:
Face the second bike in the opposite direction.
Strap it using the same technique.

7. Final Securement
Clip the remaining straps to the rear loop locations on the rack for full stabilization.
You now have a fully functional cargo bicycle rack + cargo carrier system.

Will this heavy duty cooler wagon work on sand?

Absolutely. The oversized pneumatic wheels are designed specifically for soft sand and rough terrain.

How much weight can the rucWagon carry?

The same heavy-duty aluminum frame that supports your rucRak on the vehicle provides strong hauling support on the ground.
